The Managing Director is the overall in charge of the company. He provides oversight of technical and operational support to all departments. A holder of a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Business Administration, Innocent; contributes 100 percent of his time to the company since he comes from a background in banking also, he is an expert in risk analysis and mitigation.

His responsibilities include; directing and controlling the company operations. He does this by giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure the company achieves its mission and objectives. He describes economic fluctuations, communication, negotiations, and presentation as some of the challenges which he concurs with using his vast problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

He is motivated by the desire for greatness by investing more in staff development and training to be the best security service provider in the country.

In his free time, Innocent plays golf and do physical exercises.
